Terms of Service

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old. If you're younger, sorry — but please come back when you can legally sign contracts or invite your parents to the site.

2. Your membership

When you sign up, we'll send you occasional emails about InnerCirque, your membership, and other things we think you'll actually care about.

You can cancel your membership at any time — we'll be sad, but we'll survive.

3. Play nice

You agree not to:

• Hack us (seriously, don't)
• Steal our stuff
• Pretend to be someone else (unless it's Halloween, and you're dressed as a lamp)
• Use our service for illegal or shady things

4. Intellectual property

All content you see here — text, images, designs, branding — belongs to us or our amazing partners. Don't copy, reproduce, or remix it without permission. Sharing links is cool though.

5. Liability (aka: what we're not responsible for)

We try to keep things running smoothly, but life happens. We're not liable for:

• Lost sleep due to excessive scrolling through beautiful designs
• Typos (we're human)
• Any indirect or incidental damages caused by using or not being able to use the site

6. Termination rights

If you break the rules, we can suspend or cancel your account. But we're reasonable people — we will probably try to reach out and hear your side of the story first.

7. Changes to these terms

We might update these terms from time to time. If it's a big deal, we'll let you know. If it's minor (like changing a comma), we might not.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any legal drama goes down in Copenhagen. But hopefully, we never get there.
